[The missing vial ploy surfaced again.  Makes a change from the leaking from Pirbright, or deadly weaponised strain discovered.  This sure looks a ploy to ramp up the Fearmongering re viruses, part of the Infectious scares.  Recently a variation came out with Baxter vaccines being loaded with Swine flu virus.  That is not to say vaccines can't kill loads of people (witness Gulf war syndrome, Spanish flu) but the likely agent will be some vaccine ingredient like Squalene.]
