Wizard of Oz ….The “Coded” Movie of what really happened to America

By Robert Kelly (copied from the July/August issue of “The American’s Bulletin”)

Just as you can read between the gory lines in the newspaper on any given day in America, you can discover clues and truths slipped in by the Powers that be… if you look hard enough as to what is actually going on. Such “notice” can also be found in somewhat lighter fare, the movies!

As you well know, movies have become the national pastime of entertainment. Millions go to the movies, VHS tapes and DVD’s fill in the rest of the gap. The story line, topics, and time-frames vary as to the manuscript and the vision of the Directors.

Such a movie was “The Wizard of Oz,” an allegory for the new state of affairs in America in the 1930’s following the stock market crash [and manipulated withdrawal of the money supply led to] the factual bankruptcy of the United States Government immediately following.

“The Wizard of Oz” movie is not just a movie for children, though perceived today it is, and it has become a national icon of an historical nature, replayed every year on television… just for the children.

What is missed by most is the symbolism in the movie, in almost every character and aspects of the “set” and so-called “special effects” and props back then. After reading this article and then seeing the movie again, it will never be the same for you … or your children!

The setting was Kansas: Heartland America, the geographical center of the USA. In comes the twister, the tornado, i.e. a whirling confusion of the stock market crash that left everybody economically “dizzy!”

It represents the theft of America’s gold, the coming US bankruptcy, the Great Depression and the tornado whisked Dorothy and Toto up into a new, artificial (dream-like) dimension somewhere above the solid ground of Kansas. When Dorothy wakes up, she finds herself in the “Land of Oz.” Dorothy comments to her little companion; “Toto, I have a feeling we are not in Kansas anymore.”

That’s right. After the bankruptcy, Kansas was no longer just plain old “Kansas,” it was now “KS,” an artificial corporate venue of the bankrupt United States, newly established “federal territory,” part of the “Federal Zone,” and Dorothy and Toto were in “this state” now. On her journey in this unfamiliar land, Dorothy meets up with three unusual “characters” each having certainly a different problem or aspect as portrayed on the silver screen, but their true identity had been decoded and it follows!

The first was the Scarecrow (a man of straw – a front) and “he” identified his straw-man persona for Dorothy; “Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking. Of course, I am not bright about doing things.” And in his classic song, “If I only had a Brain,” the Scarecrow/Straw Man succinctly augured; “I’d unravel every riddle for every ‘individuadle’ (individual) in trouble or in pain.”

Today, in light of Redemption, we would translate it as; Once one discovers that his straw-man exists, all political and legal mysteries, complexities and conditions are resolved or understood and one takes legal title (control) to his ‘Straw-man’, he become the ‘authorized representative’ of the ‘Straw-man’ to accept and discharge (settle) all commercial affairs as in Oz (the new commercial world – aka the MATRIX) because the ‘Straw-man’ has no BRAINS, and no hands and fingers to grasp a pen to write a check, so to speak, to pay a fine, fee, tax or debt!

The second character was the Tin Man, or T.I.N. man ( also identified as; Tax payer Identification Number”). The Tin Man was a hollow man of metal, a “vessel,” a “vehicle”, newly created commercial code words for the straw man. Just like the Scarecrow, the Tin Man had no brain and no heart. Both were “artificial persons.” One of the definitions of “tin” in Webster’s is “counterfeit.” The Tin Man also represented the mechanical and heartless aspect of commerce and commercial law. Just like they say in the Mafia; “Nothing personal, it’s just business.” And in another profession similar to the Mafia, the business of lawyering, they have the attitude that it’s nothing personal, “bidness is bidness.”

The heartless Tin Man also carried an ax, the traditional symbol for God, i.e., modern commercial law in most earlier dominant civilizations, including fascist states. In the words of the Tin Man, expressing relief after Dorothy had oiled his rusty points and parts said; “ I’ve held that ax up for ages.”

The word “ace” is etymologically related to the word “ax,” and in a deck of cards the only one above the King is the Ace. i.e. God. One of the “Axis” Powers of World War II. Italy, was a fascist state. The symbol for fascism is the “fasces,” a bundle of rods with an ax bound up in the middle and its blade projecting. The fasces may be found on the reverse side of the American Mercury-head Dime (in Roman deity ‘Mercury’ was the God of Commerce). It can also be found on the wall behind, and on each side of, the speaker’s podium in the US Senate (each gilded fasces is approximately six feet in height), and at the base of the US Senate are two crossed fasces.

The third character that Dorothy met was the Cowardly Lion, or “King of Beasts” and as the most feared of all animals in the jungle, was lacking in ‘courage.’ The Lion is symbolic of the once fearless American people, who have since lost their courage. Yes, there are a lot of “hot talkers” out there, just listen to your local radio talk shows. American men love to talk, but none have the courage to “DO” a damn thing! The American people are scared of the corporate Federal System and local revenue collectors i.e. cops and judges in their so-called courtrooms (tribunals) of justice (commerce).

After your first few go-arounds with the “Just-Us” system, believing there was ‘justice’ in the courts, you probably lost some of your courage too. And you may have not known it, but the IRS has been dealing with only your ‘Straw-man’ (Debtor) strictly under the laws of Commerce and they are just like the Tin Man, heartless!

After Dorothy and her three companions made their way to Oz, they had learned that they had to go see the ‘Wizard.’ To find the Wizard, they had to just “follow the yellow brick road,” (gold is known as ‘yellow bricks’ and are melted into ‘ingots!’) All one has to do is follow the trail of America’s stolen gold and you will find the thief who stole it. In the beginning of the movie, the Wizard was represented by the traveling mystic, Professor Marvel,” whom Dorothy encountered when she ran away with Toto. His macabre shingle touted that he was “Acclaimed By The Crowned Heads of Europe, Past, Present and Future.” Boy, that Professor Marvel must have been a regular wizard to be acclaimed by the future crowned heads of Europe before they were even crowned!

Before the bankers stole America, they had long since disempowered the Christian monarchies of Europe and looted their kingdoms. Maybe this “Professor Marvel knew something about the future that other folks didn’t. With a human skull peering down from its painted perch above the door inside his wagon, the good professor lectured Dorothy of the priests of Isis and Osiris and the days of the pharaohs of Egypt!

When Dorothy and her new friends emerged from the forest, they were elated to see the Emerald City before them, only a short jaunt away. Then came the Wicked Witch of the West, desperate for the ruby slippers that Dorothy was wearing, as they held special powers. A significant point here is that the original book. The Wonderful Wizard of Oz published in 1900, (39 years earlier), the slippers were not red, but silver. In the first cut of the movie, the slippers were silver but were changed to ‘red’ to be more colorful!

At the time the book was written America still had all its gold and silver, and the value of one ounce of gold was set at 15 ounces of silver, silver being the more plentiful of the two metals and was known as ‘poor man’s gold!’. Just as the silver slippers carried Dorothy, America’s stockpile of silver and gold, backing the currency carried the country to a position of preeminence throughout the world at that time. But, as mentioned, when the movie came out in 1939, the slippers were not silver, but red.

Between 1916 and 1933, most of America’s gold was rounded up by the ‘privately owned’ Federal Reserve Banks and shipped off to the Fed owners in England and Germany. The reason for this was that Federal Reserve Notes could be redeemed in gold and the use of Federal Reserve Notes carried an interest penalty that could only be paid in gold. The American people were defrauded into trading their gold for (worthless) paper with green ink on it, and our previous currency, United States Notes, carried no such interest requirement, but such was the bargain that came with the Federal Reserve Notes.

The reason why JFK was murdered was because he was re-issuing United States Notes – interest free! Go to any coin store and see or buy a 1963 U.S. (not Federal Reserve Note).

When the bankruptcy was declared in 1933, Americans were required (misdirected) to turn in all gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates by May 1st, ‘May Day’(the birthday of Communism in Bavaria in 1776, the birthday of the IRS, and celebrated worldwide as the International Workers Holiday,” (a holy day to the Wizard and his tribe).

Talking to the people who were alive at that time, you may find out that the general sentiment toward such thievery bordered on a second revolution. Maybe it was just too much of a clue, or too much salt in the wound for Dorothy to be skipping down the “Yellow Brick Road” in a pair of “silver slippers” so , for whatever reason, a color less likely to annoy or provoke was selected. (i.e., Red)

With regard to the choice of “ruby” or red-colored, slippers: Red’s primary significance, at least on documents and the like, is that it is the color of blood, as in flesh –and-blood, and symbolizes a living breathing man or woman, i.e. non corporate non artificial.

The color ‘Red’ could also have been chosen for the related tie to the International Banking, Federal Reserve founder, the Rothschild, [aka Red Shield] family? It does signify “private” as opposed to “public.”

Your new Social Security Card has a red serial number on the reverse, likely signifying the private-side ‘bond/account’ attached to the public side of your ‘Straw-mans’ Social Security Account.

For postal employees, red-sticker Registered Mail means “personal accountability” (private), all other mail carries “limited liability”(public). It is likely that the ruby slippers symbolize the American people with blood in their veins as opposed to “citizens of the United States,” straw men with the counterfeit “corporate blood” of blue/black ink on a birth certificate. No matter their color in the movie, the Wicked Witch of the West wanted those slippers at any cost and had to move fast before Dorothy and her crew could make it to the Emerald City.

The Witch’s tactic was to cover the countryside with poppy flowers or “poppies.” The source of heroin, opium, and morphine, symbolically drugging them (the American people) into unconsciousness, and then just waltz in and snatch the slippers. In other words, the best way to subjugate the American people and boost the goods was to dull their senses by getting them hooked on drugs (Note: LSD was created the same year, 1939, by Dr. Albert Hoffman). The poppies/drugs worked on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto, our flesh and blood friends, but had no effect on the Scarecrow or the Tin Man, the artificial entities.

The two of them cried out for help and Glenda, the Good Witch of the North, answered their prayers with a blanket of snow, aka cocaine, a stimulant nullifying the narcotic effect of the poppies/opium on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto. At this writing, aside from marijuana, the two most available drugs on the streets of America are heroin and cocaine in their various forms.

As they all scampered toward the Emerald City, the city of green (Federal Reserve Notes, the fiat “money,” or “money by decree”), we heard the Munchkins singing on the glory of the Wizard’s creation:
“You’re out of the woods, You’re out of the dark, You’re out of the night, Step into the sun, step into the light, Keep straight ahead for, the most glorious place on the face of the Earth or the stars.”

The foregoing jingle abounds with Illuminist-Lucifer Ian symbols and metaphors re: darkness and light.

The Wicked Witch of the West made her home in a round, medieval watchtower, ancient symbols of the Knights Templar of Freemasonry, who are given to practice witchcraft and also credited as the originators of modern banking, circa 1099 A.D..

The Wicked Witch of the West was also dressed in black, the color of symbolizing the planet Saturn, sacred icon of the Knights Templar, and the color of choice of judges and priests for their robes. Who was the Wicked Witch of the West? Remember in the first part of the film her counterpart was “Almira Gulch,” who according to Aunt Em, “owned half the county.” Miss Gulch alleged that Dorothy’s dog Toto had bitten her. She came to the farm with an “Order from the Sheriff” demanding that they surrender Toto into her custody. Aunt Em was not immediately cooperative, and answered Miss Gulch allegations that Toto has bitten her “He’s really gentle. With gentle people, that is.

Could “gentle” really mean “Gentile?” When Miss Gulch defied them to withhold Toto and “go against the law,” dear old Aunt Em was relegated to “pushing the Party line” for Big Brother. She dutifully succumbed to the pressure and counseled Dorothy reluctantly. [Does this sound like most American people?] “We can’t go against the law, Dorothy. I’m afraid poor Toto will have to go.” When Dorothy refused to surrender Toto, Miss Gulch lashed out; “If you don’t hand over that dog, I’ll bring a damned suit that’ll take your whole farm!”

Today, 70% of all the attorneys in the world reside in the West – America, to be exact, and 95% of all lawsuits in the world are filed under US jurisdiction. The Wicked Witch of the West and Miss Gulch, dear friends, represent judges and attorneys; i.e. the American legal system (including the attorney-run US Congress). They are the executioners and primary henchmen for transferring all wealth in America from the people over to the banks and government. The Wicked Witch of the West wanted the silver slippers, the precious metals, and her counterpart, Miss Gulch, wanted to take Toto. What does the word “toto” mean… in “attorney language,” i.e., Latin? “Everything!”

Dorothy and her three companions finally made their way to the Emerald City. They sought an audience with the Wizard, were taken inside and brought before the Wizard; a gigantic image speaking in a loud voice behind glass, similar to ‘smoke and mirrors!’ Dorothy and the gang fell for the Wizard’s illusion, power, and commands in the beginning. But it was little Toto who by his instinct, pulled the curtain back to expose the fraud of the Wizard: a ‘front-man’ for the Wizard… an agent for the FICTION…

this Wizard the people feared. The Wizard, this gigantic image speaking in a loud voice behind glass, could very well symbolize, with the advent of television, the power of government speaking lies to the people via TV, it must be true! And of course the people will believe their government… won’t they? Remember the drugs?

But Dorothy and the others soon wised up and discovered the Wizard for what he was; a confidence man. Then, when asking the ‘agent’ (administrative agencies) about helping the Scarecrow/Straw-Man about “getting a brain,” gave the straw-man a piece of paper, a diploma, from a “university” the Wizard also cited “ the land of E Pluribus Unum, which is Latin for ‘one out of many.’ i.e. converting the many into one New World Order, or Norus Ordo Seclorum, a Latin phrase placed on the American One Dollar Bill shortly after the bankruptcy.

He also proudly revealed/confessed that he was “Born and bred in the heart of the Western wilderness, an old Kansas man myself!” he gave the TIN man a ‘ticker’ (clock) to sound like a heart (but it was not!) and to the Lion, he gave a ‘Medal’ to signify that the Lion had courage. These all of course were mere trinkets in the Land of Oz – a fictional world of course!
The bankers did pretty well in Europe, but as the Wizard pointed out, they made a killing in the “Western wilderness” i.e. America, with the theft of American gold, labor and property. Quoting John D. Rockefeller, “…grateful and responsive rural folk” who populated the country at that time.

When Dorothy asked Glenda the Good Witch of the North (representing honesty, good- faith and Christianity), for help in getting back to Kansas, Glenda replied. “You don’t need to be helped. You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.” Just click your heels together three times (three days – Truth in Lending) and say” I want to go home!”

Translation: you’ve always had the right and power to reclaim your sovereignty, you just forgot or were never taught that you or the American people have such power. The Oregon Bill of Rights says the people have “all power”! Since the people are the true sovereign power, then it is only necessary to wake from the dumbed-down, drugged-like effect the ‘Powers-that-Be’ have over you and the American people as to that power and position, and then exercise it.

The actual reclaiming of your sovereignty, the remedy in today’s bankrupt commercial world is a process including a UCC-1 Form to the Secretary of State [special electronic filing – not paper], and a Charge Back Invoice with Bill of Exchange to the Secretary of the Treasury US, wherein you can take commercial control of your ‘Straw-man (with a T.I.N. number) and charge up your UCC Contract Trust Account so you can discharge the debt(s) of your debtor.

Americans have intimate, first hand knowledge of the heartless mechanics of the laws of commerce, religiously applied by the example of the unregistered foreign agents of the Internal Revenue Services. The IRS (accounting firm and collection agency for the private Federal Reserve Bank) was constituted under the UCC at its inception in 1954 and has been operating strictly in that realm ever since.

And as a side note, how was the wicked Witch destroyed? By accident, a bucket of ‘water’ (the true substance of all things, good and healthy – simple water [H2O] destroyed the ‘evil’ just like the ‘O’ in Ozone destroys virus and bacteria (cancer) did the oxygen in the water destroy the evil Witch.

You may have wondered what the meaning is behind the words in the title “The Wizard of Oz”. Look them up in a dictionary. Like most everything else, it’s right there in the open for you to see if you will just look closely enough. One definition of “wizard” is “ a very clever or skillful person”, “OZ” is an abbreviation of “onza”. O-n-z-a the Italian word for ounce or ounces: the unit of measurement of gold, silver and other precious metals. No matter how large the quantity of gold or silver being discussed, the amount is always expressed in ounces. E.g. rather than “hundreds of tons” of gold, it’s “so many millions of ounces” of gold. As attested by the factual history of this country, the “Wizard of Oz” was the Wizard of Ounces.

And who took the gold that backed the America’s money? Why the Bankers and the lawyers working for the foreign principals, the private federal reserve (constituting the 20 Class A Stockholders – being mostly private bankers!) all orchestrated and greased by POLITICIANS then and still today. Only because it is not the mindset of politicians today to correct the matter and put full and absolute power over the control, creation, minting and putting into circulation ‘United States Money’ backed by gold (substance/value!)

What everyone has to understand is that as things are today, the commercial system as in place is better for everyone… just as long as everyone understands the ‘program!’ Maybe “The Wizard of Oz” back then was the ‘introduction to the program as to the monetary condition and changes in America.’ It just appears that no one (gave full disclosure) to the American people not only of the change, but how to operate in this new commercial world where all the real value was removed and all that was put in its place was commercial paper!

Everything worked out for Dorothy, i.e. the American people. In the end “she made it home.” Meaning: there is remedy in law. It’s there, it was just encoded and disguised and camouflaged. Fortunately, the code has been cracked and there is a way home, just like in the movie. Like Dorothy said, “There’s no place like home.” and there isn’t. There’s nothing like sovereignty for a sovereign people! We have commercial remedy in the Administrative Remedy Process.

Will you continue to be conned by the confidence men and believe the Wizard’s words coming out from that box of ‘smoke and mirrors’ called the TV, or will you wise up like Dorothy did and “look behind the scenes” to recognize the scheme? Will you rise above the occasion and obtain the knowledge to become the Secured Party Creditor, private banker and Sovereign to take your place among others who are above the government, instead of being that ‘debtor-slave on the plantation’ living your life in debt and servitude? It’s your choice. Dorothy did it a long time ago, to show the American people (and maybe the children) the way, how to do it and that it can be done.

“… Now go rent or buy the Movie and see it again for the first time with your eyes wide open!”

For all intents and purposes, there are only debtors and creditors in America, no LAW, only the LAW of contracts and agreements and commercial paper.
“ … follow the yellow brick road… follow the yellow brick road…!

Wizard of Oz 2

The Wizard of Oz was produced as a motion picture in 1939 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. (Book by L. Frank Baum; Adaption by Noel Langley; Screenplay by Florence Ryerson, Noel Langley, and Edgar Allan Woolf; Lyrics by E. Y. Harburg; Produced by Mervyn LeRoy; Directed by Victor Fleming.)

Many people believe that The Wizard of Oz was (and is) an allegory for the radically new state of affairs that existed in America in the 1930s, following the stock market crash and the bankruptcy of the United States Government which occurred immediately thereafter. For all extents and purposes, it can still be viewed as the current state of affairs, inasmuch as the allegorical nature, the clues strewn throughout the story, are still relevant today. The authors of Redemption in Law, Theory and Practice [BBC of America, 2000] have, for example, provided an interesting interpretation of the story of The Wizard of Oz, one which bears a considerable amount of attention being paid. Much of what follows, comes from pages 180 to 185 of their book.

The initial setting of the story is, of course, Kansas, the geographical center of the USA, and the symbol for the heartland of America. The tornado (twister) that arrives is all about the whirling confusion that existed after the stock market crash, the theft of the country's gold, the US Bankruptcy, and the Great Depression. The twister takes Dorothy and her dog, Toto, into a new, artificial dimension, above the solid ground of Kansas. Upon their arrival, Dorothy notes: "Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore."

Right on, Dorothy. After the bankruptcy, Kansas was no longer "Kansas", but now "KS", an artificial corporate venue of the bankrupt US, a newly established "federal territory", and part of the "Federal Zone". Dorothy and Toto were "in this state", which according to Redemption in Law, implies they were for tax jurisdiction purposes in the "District of Columbia" (aka "United States") -- whereas Kansas is not included in "this state", "KS" is.

One of the first entities Dorothy met was the Scarecrow, who represented the legal Straw Man which had been created as an artificial aspect of the former American sovereigns. The legal term, Straw Man, describes a fictitious or artificial person created by law at one's birth via the inscription in all-capital letters on the birth document/certificate -- the latter being document of title and a negotiable instrument. It is allegedly by way of the Straw Man that the creditors of the US Bankruptcy can so effectively (and legally?) take for their own use the benefits of individuals' labor, creativity, talents, and productivity.

In the movie the Scarecrow, describes his straw-man persona by noting: "Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking. Of course, I'm not bright about doing things."
The Scarecrow then succinctly describes himself in the classic song, "If I Only Had a Brain." The lyrics include: "I'd unravel every riddle, For every ?individdle,' In trouble or in pain."

The translation is that for every individual, who discovers the existence of his or her legal Straw Man, all political and legal mysteries, complexities, and confusions begin to be resolved. And once that same individual takes legal title to his or her Straw Man, he or she can protect themselves from legal trouble or legal damage.

The Tin Man arrives next on the scene. I.e. the "T-I-N" (Taxpayer Identification Number) Man is a hollow man of metal, a "vessel" or "vehicle", the newly created commercial code words for the Straw Man.

Just as the Scarecrow/Straw Man has no brain, the Tin Man has no heart. Both are "artificial persons". Natural person are created by nature or God, while artificial persons are created by human laws, for the purposes of society/government ("bodies politic" or "corporations").
One of the definitions in Webster's Dictionary is "counterfeit". Thus the Tin Man might also represent the mechanical and heartless aspect of commerce and commercial law. As they are reputed to say in the Mafia: "Nothing personal, it's just business."

The Tin Man also carries an ax. Did you ever wonder about that? The ax is a traditional symbol for that which is above a King. In this case, commercial law, i.e. Corporate Rule is above the sovereign! It's not a nice connotation -- any more than the "Axis Powers" of World War II included Nazi Germany, Italy (a fascist state) and Japan; or the more recent "Axis of Evil", coined by President George Bush in 2002, but curiously not yet applied to Cheney, Ashcroft and himself -- the ABC's of such.

The Tin Man, expressing relief after Dorothy had oiled his arm, said: "I've held that ax up for ages." And perhaps he is still having to do so. For the symbol for fascism is the "fasces", a bundle of rods with an ax bound up in the middle, but with its blade projecting. This fasces may be found on the American Mercury-head Dime (the Roman deity Mercury was the God of Commerce), and on the wall behind, and on each side of, the speaker's podium in the US Senate (each gold fasces being approximately six feet in height). At the base of the podium of the seal of the US Senate are two crossed fasces. Hmmmm...

Dorothy, the Scarecrow and Tin Man are soon joined by the Cowardly Lion. Known as the "king of the beasts", it's surprising to find one so cowardly. It appears to represent the once-fearless American people who had lost their courage, the courage to denounce the US Bankruptcy, and inform its creditors that they were not the chattel that could be used as collateral for the moneys allegedly owed. Of course, dealing with the IRS tends to leave most of us in the cowardly state; but that is due in large part to the heartless, brainless actions of an organization operating strictly under the laws of Commerce.

In order for Dorothy and the gang to find the Wizard (the supposed answer to their prayers), they had to "follow the yellow brick road." In other words, follow the money -- the trail of the gold taken from America -- and find who had absconded with it.

It's important to recall from the beginning of the movie, that the Wizard was represented by a traveling mystic, a "Professor Marvel," whom Dorothy had first encountered when she ran away with Toto. The Professor's shingle claimed that he was "Acclaimed by the Crowned Heads of Europe, Past, Present, and Future."

That's quite a claim -- to include the future -- but seems well justified in that the Wizard is still acclaimed by the "crowned heads of Europe." Before the Banksters looted America, they had already disempowered the monarchies of Europe and looted their kingdoms. And with a human skull atop the perch above the door to his wagon, the Wizard began to lecture Dorothy about the priests of Isis and Osiris and the days of Egypt's pharaohs.

Between 1916 and 1933, most of America's gold was rounded up -- aided by President Franklin Roosevelt (whose physical problems may well have symbolized America's "crippled state"). The gold went to The Federal Reserve private Bank, and was shipped off by the Fed owners to England and Germany. This was accomplished because of the fact Federal Reserve Notes could be redeemed in gold, and their use carried an interest penalty that could also only be paid in gold. The US traded its gold for paper, while its previous currency, United States Notes, carried no such interest requirement. When the US Bankruptcy was declared in 1993, there was the added caveat that all Americans were required to turn in all gold coins, gold bullion, and gold certificates by May 1 --

Our heroine was Dorothy Gale. Did you know her last name? Or that a gale, with the impact of water as well as wind, is considered potentially more powerful than a tornado? In any case, when she and her friends emerged from the forest, they were elated to see the Emerald City only a short distance away. The Wicked Witch of the West, desperate for the ruby slippers that Dorothy was wearing, knew she had to make her move before Dorothy and the others were inside the walls of Emerald City. But what was so special about Dorothy's slippers? Was the Wicked Witch an earlier version of Emelda Marcus? Or something else?

Obviously, Dorothy's red-colored, ruby slippers were the same color as blood, as in flesh and blood, thus symbolizing a living, breathing man or woman -- i.e. a non-corporation, a natural person. As such her slippers also symbolized "private" as opposed to "public". (Even a Social InSecurity card uses a red serial number, signifying the private-side account and its attachment to the public-side.) It is likely the ruby slippers symbolized the blood in the veins of the American people -- as opposed to "citizens of the United States", where the blue and black ink on a birth certificate is the "corporate blood". The Wicked Witch wanted the life blood of the living human beings -- not just their Straw Men.

Her tactic was to cover the countryside with poppy flowers -- i.e. the source of heroin, opium, and morphine -- symbolically drugging Dorothy, et al into unconsciousness, and then just step in and snatch the slippers. I.e. dull the senses of the American people and then slip in and swipe the gold.

The drugging worked on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto, the flesh and blood friends, but did not effect the artificial persons of the Scarecrow and Tin Man. The latter two cried out for help, and the Good Witch of the North came to the rescue with a blanket of snow to nullify the narcotic effect of the poppies on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto. [So, who's the "Good Witch of the North"? Perhaps, that remains to be seen.]

The identity of the Wicked Witch of the West is pretty clear. Recall that her counterpart in the first part of the film was "Almira Gulch", who supposedly "owned half the county" (or perhaps half the country). Miss Gulch had arrived at Dorothy's farm with an "Order from the Sheriff" (an Executive Order from President Roosevelt?) demanding that Toto be handed over, because allegedly he had bitten Miss Gulch.

Despite Aunt Em's assertion about Toto ("He's really gentle, with gentle people, that is.") Miss Gulch pressed her case saying that to withhold Toto would be to "go against the law". When Dorothy refused to surrender toto, Miss Gulch lashed out with, "If you don't hand over that dog I'll bring a damned suit that'll take your whole farm!"

70% of the attorneys in the world reside in the West -- America. 95% of all lawsuits in the world are filed under US jurisdiction. The Wicked Witch of the West (Miss Gulch) was dressed in black, the choice of color for judges' robes. Thus she represents judges and attorneys, essentially the American legal system (including the attorney-run US Congress). These are the executioners and primary henchmen for transferring the wealth of America from the people to the banksters.

The "Bar" has a curious history. It represents the body of attorneys, counselors, judges and the members of the legal profession. It has been alleged that Black's Law Dictionary, for example, is copyrighted British law and that the so-called American Bar Association is a branch or subset of the Bar Council (the sole bar association in England and Wales). As the copyrighted property of a British company, all state Codes in the US are commercial, private British-owned law. Attorneys may be even worse, if possible, than we thought!

Apparently, the Wicked Witch of the West is nothing more than an operative of the "crowned heads of Europe" (who are owned by the Banksters), and desperately wanted not only the precious metals of America, but the life blood of America's labor. Her counterpart, of course, wanted to take Toto. The word, Toto, comes from the phrase, "in toto", which according to Black's Law Dictionary (the British "rule book") is: "in the whole, completely." In other words, she wanted everything!

Once Dorothy and the gang had encountered the mighty Wizard of Oz, they initially fell for the illusion. But with Toto's aid in pulling back the curtain, they quickly realized the Wizard was nothing more than a con man. Even when he supposedly helped Scarecrow about getting a "brain", he cited "the land of ?E Pluribus Unum,'", which is Latin for "one out of many." This phrase appears of the American One Dollar Bill, but might be thought of as "converting the many into one", i.e. establishing a "New World Order".

The Wizard was also supposedly amenable to taking Dorothy back in his balloon, but ended up leaving her behind. Fortunately, the Good Witch of the North (Santa Claus?), stepped in to tell Dorothy, "You don't need to be helped. You've always had the power to go back to Kansas." All she had to do was to use her slippers!

The contention is that everyone has the right and power to reclaim their Sovereignty, but just forgot. The actual act of reclamation -- the Remedy and Recourse, is telling the Banksters that you are no longer collateral, i.e. filing with a Secretary of State. Because the IRS (Infernal Revenue Service) is an accountancy firm and collection agency for the private Federal Reserve Bank, having been constituted under the UCC at its inception in 1954 (and operating strictly in that realm ever since), filing or not filing income tax returns becomes an interesting study in itself. Just be sure to do your own research!

The title of the movie also carries a message. A "wizard", of course, is "a very clever or skillful person." "Oz" on the other hand is an abbreviation for "ounces", which is always the unit of measurement for gold, silver, and other precious metals. Even for large quantities of gold, etceteras, the amount is expressed in million ounces of gold, and not tons or pounds.
In the end, Dorothy (i.e. the American people) and Toto made it home. There is, in fact, Remedy and Recourse in law. It's there, disguised, camouflaged, encoded. (Why do you think States call their statutory laws, "codes" and not laws?) It's a matter of learning the law. All of it. It's the necessary condition for becoming sovereign once again.

Unless, of course, you'd prefer to continue to be conned by the Banksters.
The Wizard of Oz is really a delightful movie. The fact that it symbolizes one of the worst episodes in the world's history of the denial of freedom or justice, should not be construed to imply that the movie and story are not entertaining. In fact, once the symbolic nature is seen and understood, it is a simple step to smile, take the next step to go beyond it, and go forth as if you knew where you were going. It's all just part of The Fool's Journey, and the strange path we have each chosen to fulfill our diverse and unique destinies.

We always have that choice! It's called Free Will.

Meanwhile, it is worth while recalling the sage advice of Lao Tzu (c. 600 B.C.E.) and more recently and succinctly in our Oz analogy, Frank Zappa (May 1977):

"The more prohibitions there are, the poorer the people will be."

"The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way, and you will see a brick wall at the back of the theater."

Wizard of Oz 3

The setting was Kansas: Heartland America, and geographical center of the USA. In comes the twister, the tornado. i.e. whirling confusion-the stock market crash, theft of America's gold, US bankruptcy, the Great Depression-and whisks Dorothy and Toto up into a new, artificial dimension somewhere above the solid ground of Kansas. When they finally land in Oz, Dorothy comments to her little companion: "Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore." That's right. After the bankruptcy, Kansas was no longer just plain old "Kansas"-it was now "KS," artificial corporate venue of the bankrupt United States, newly established "federal territory," part of the "Federal Zone," and Dorothy and Toto were "in this state" (see "in this state").

In the 1930s, the all-capital letters-written (see all-capital letters-written) straw man (see straw man), newly created artificial aspect of the former American sovereigns, had no brain-and Americans were too confused and distracted by all the commotion to figure out that they even had a straw man. The Scarecrow identified his straw-man persona for Dorothy: "Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking.

Of course, I'm not bright about doing things." And in his classic song, "If I Only Had a Brain," the Scarecrow/Straw Man succinctly augured: "I'd unravel every riddle, For every 'individdle,' (see individual) In trouble or in pain?" Translation: Once one discovers that his straw man exists, all political and legal mysteries, complexities, and confusions are resolved-and once one takes legal title to his straw man, he can protect himself from any legal trouble or legal damage.

The Tin Man, or "T-l-N"-Taxpayer identification Number-Man, was a hollow man of metal, a "vessel," or "vehicle" (see vessel, vehicle), newly created commercial code words for the straw man. Just like the Scarecrow/Straw Man had no brain, this Tin Man vessel had no heart. Both were "artificial persons" (see person).

One of the definitions of "tin" in Webster's is "counterfeit." The Tin Man also represented the mechanical and heartless aspect of commerce and commercial law. Just like they say in the Mafia: "Nothing personal-it's just business." The heartless Tin Man also carried an ax, traditional symbol for God-i.e. modern commercial law-in most earlier, dominant civilizations, including fascist states. In the words of the Tin Man, expressing relief after Dorothy had oiled his arm: "I've held that ax up for ages." The word "ace" is etymologically related to the word "ax," and in a deck of cards the only one above the King is the Ace, i.e. God. One of the "Axis" Powers of World War II, Italy, was a fascist[5] state. The symbol for fascism is the "fasces," a bundle of rods with an ax bound up in the middle and its blade projecting. The fasces may be found on the reverse of the American Mercury-head Dime (the Roman deity Mercury was the God of Commerce), and on the wall behind, and on each side of, the speaker's podium in the US Senate (each gold fasces is approximately six feet in height). At the base of the seal of the US Senate are two crossed fasces. The Lion, "king of beasts," or "king of the animals" (some members of society regard you and your family and friends as nothing more than animals, "cattle," to be bred and birthed, herded and harvested, and sold and slaughtered according to the whims of those who run the global plantation)-a denigration in itself-representing the once-fearless American people, had lost his courage. After your
first round with the UCC-constituted IRS "defending" your T-I-N man dummy corporation vessel/vehicle, individual-employee, public corporation, all-capital letters-written juristic name, artificial-person straw man, you probably lost some of your courage too. You didn't know it, but the IRS has been dealing with you strictly under the laws of Commerce-and just like the Tin Man, Commerce is heartless.

To find the Wizard you had to "follow the yellow brick road," i.e. follow the trail of America's stolen gold and you will find the thief who stole it. In the beginning of the movie the Wizard was represented by the traveling mystic, Professor Marvel,' whom Dorothy encountered when she ran away with Toto. His macabre shingle touted that he was "Acclaimed By The Crowned Heads of Europe, Past, Present, and Future." Boy, that Professor Marvel must have been a regular wizard to be acclaimed by the future crowned heads of Europe-before they were even crowned! Before the bankers stole
America, they had long since disempowered the Christian monarchies of Europe and looted their kingdoms. Maybe this "Professor Marvel" fellow knew something about the future that other folks didn't. With a human skull peering down from its painted perch above the door inside his wagon, the good professor lectured Dorothy of the priests of Isis and Osiris and the days of the pharaohs of Egypt.

When Dorothy Gale and her new friends emerged from the forest they were elated to see Emerald City before them, only a short jaunt away. The Wicked Witch of the West, desperate for the ruby slippers that Dorothy was wearing, would have to make her move before our heroes were inside the walls. A significant point here is that in the original book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, published in 1900, (39 years earlier), the slippers were not ruby, or red, but silver. At the time the book was written America still had all its gold and silver, and the value of one ounce of gold was set at 15 ounces of silver, silver being the more plentiful of the two metals. Just as the silver slippers carried Dorothy, America's stockpile of silver, and gold, backing the currency carried the country to a position of preeminence throughout the world at that time. But, as mentioned, when the movie came out in 1939 the slippers were not silver, but red.

Between 1916 and 1933, most of America's gold was rounded up by the private Federal Reserve Bank and shipped off to Fed owners in England and Germany. The reason for this was that Federal Reserve Notes could be redeemed in gold and the use of Federal Reserve Notes carried an interest penalty that could only be paid in gold. We traded gold for (worthless) paper with green ink on it, and our previous currency, United States Notes, carried no such interest requirement-but such was the bargain that came with the Federal Reserve Notes.

When bankruptcy was declared in 1933, Americans were required to turn in all gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates by May 1st -May Day (the birthday of Communism in Bavaria in 1776, the birthday of the IRS, and celebrated worldwide as the "International Workers Holiday"-a holy day to the Wizard and his tribe).

Talking to people who were alive at that time, you may find out that the general sentiment toward such thievery bordered on a second revolution. Maybe it was just too much of a clue, or too much salt in the wound for Dorothy to be skipping down the "Yellow Brick Road" in a pair of "silver slippers" so, for whatever reason, a color less likely to annoy or provoke was selected.

With regard to the choice of "ruby," or red-colored, slippers: Red's primary significance, at least on documents and the like, is that it is the color of blood, as in flesh-and-blood, and symbolizes a living, breathing man or woman, i.e. non-corporate/artificial. It also signifies "private," as opposed to "public."

Your new Social Security Card has a red serial number on the reverse, likely signifying the private-side account attached to your public-side Social Security Account Number prior to Redemption. For postal employees, red-sticker Registered Mail means "personal accountability" (private)-all other mail carries "limited liability" (public). It is likely that the ruby slippers symbolized the American people with blood in their veins-as opposed to "citizen of the United States"-straw men with the counterfeit "corporate blood" of blue/black ink on a birth certificate.

No matter their color in the movie, the Wicked Witch of the West wanted those slippers at any cost and had to move fast before Dorothy and crew could make it to Emerald City. Her tactic was to cover the countryside with poppy flowers, or "poppies" the source of heroin, opium, and morphine, symbolically drugging them into unconsciousness, and then just waltz in and snatch the slippers.

In other words, the best way to subjugate the American people and boost the goods was to dull their senses by getting them hooked on drugs (Note: LSD was created the same year, 1939, by Dr. Albert Hoffman). The poppies/drugs worked on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto, our flesh-and-blood friends, but had no effect on the Scarecrow or the Tin Man, the artificial entities. The two of them cried out for help and Glenda, the Good Witch of the North, answered their prayers with a blanket of snow-i.e. cocaine, a stimulant- nullifying the narcotic effect of the poppies/opium on Dorothy, the Lion and Toto.

At this writing, aside from marijuana, the two most available drugs on the streets of America are heroin and cocaine in their various forms.

As they all scampered toward Emerald City, the city of green (Federal Reserve Notes, the new fiat "money," or "money by decree"), we heard the Munchkins singing on the glory of the Wizard's creation: "You're out of the woods, You're out of the dark, You're
out of the night, Step into the sun, step into the light, Keep straight ahead for, The most glorious place on the face of the Earth or the stars!" The foregoing jingle abounds with
Illuminist-Luciferian symbols and metaphors re darkness and light.

The Wicked Witch of the West made her home in a round, medieval watchtower, ancient symbol of the Knights Templar of Freemasonry, who are given to practice witchcraft and also credited as the originators of modern banking, circa 1099 A.D. The Wicked Witch of the West was also dressed in black, the color symbolizing the planet Saturn, sacred icon of the Knights Templar, and the color of choice of judges and priests for their robes.

Who was the Wicked Witch of the West? Remember, in the first part of the film her counterpart was "Almira Gulch," who, according to Aunt Em, "owned half the county." Miss Gulch alleged that Dorothy's dog, Toto, had bitten her. She came to the farm with an "Order from the Sheriff" demanding that they surrender Toto to her custody.

Aunt Em was not immediately cooperative, and answered Miss Gulch's allegations that Toto had bitten her: "He's really gentle. With gentle people, that is." Could "gentle" really mean "Gentile"? (see Gentile) When Miss Gulch defied them to withhold Toto and "go against the law," dear old Aunt Em was relegated to "pushing the Party line" for Big Brother. She dutifully succumbed to the pressure and counseled Dorothy reluctantly: "We can't go against the law, Dorothy. I'm afraid poor Toto will have to go."

When Dorothy refused to surrender Toto, Miss Gulch lashed out: "If you don't hand over that dog I'll bring a damned suit that'll take your whole farm!" Today, 70% of all attorneys in the world reside in the West-America, to be exact- and 95% of all lawsuits in the world are filed under US jurisdiction. The Wicked Witch of the West and Miss Gulch, my dear friends, represent judges and attorneys; i.e. the American legal system (including the attorney-run US Congress), executioner and primary henchman for transferring all wealth in America-everything-from the people over to the banks and the government (see Note at bar).

The Wicked Witch of the West wanted the silver slippers-the precious metals-and her counterpart, Miss Gulch, wanted to take Toto. What does the word "toto" mean in "attorney language," i.e. Latin? "Everything!" Dorothy and the gang fell for the Wizard's illusion in the beginning, but soon wised up and discovered the Wizard for what he was: a confidence man.

When asked about helping the Scarecrow/Straw Man, among other babblings about "getting a brain" and "universities" the Wizard also cited "the land of 'E Pluribus Unum,'" which is Latin for "one out of many." I.e. converting the many into one = New World Order, or Novus Ordo Seclorum, a Latin phrase placed on the American One Dollar Bill shortly after the bankruptcy. He also proudly revealed/confessed that he was: "Born and bred in the heart of the Western wilderness, an old Kansas man myself!"

The bankers did pretty well in Europe, but as the Wizard pointed out, they made a killing in the "Western wilderness," i.e. America, with the theft of American gold, labor, and property from the-quoting John D. Rockefeller-"grateful and responsive rural folk" who populated the
country at that time.

When Dorothy asked Glenda, the Good Witch of the North (Santa Claus, Christianity), for help in getting back to Kansas, Glenda replied: "You don't need to be helped. You've always had the power to go back to Kansas." Translation: you've always had the right and power to reclaim your sovereignty, you just forgot. The actual act of reclaiming your sovereignty-remedy (see remedy)-a simple UCC-1 Form to the Secretary of State, and Invoice and Bill of Exchange to the Secretary of the Treasury, can be completed from scratch in a few hours.

America and Americans have intimate, firsthand knowledge of the heartless mechanics of the laws of commerce, religiously applied by the unregistered foreign agents at the Internal Revenue Service[6]. The IRS, accountancy firm and collection agency for the private Federal Reserve Bank, was constituted under the UCC at its inception in 1954 and has been operating strictly in that realm ever
since.

You may have wondered what is the meaning behind the words in the title "The Wizard of Oz." Look them up in a dictionary. Like almost everything else, it's right out there in the open for you to see if you will just look closely enough. One definition of "wizard" is: "a very clever or skillful person." "O-z" is an abbreviation of "onza," o-n-z-a, the Italian word for "ounce," or "ounces," the unit of measurement of gold, silver, and other precious metals. No matter how large the quantity of gold or silver being discussed, the amount is always expressed in ounces. E.g. rather than "hundreds of tons" of gold, its "so many million ounces" of gold. As attested by the factual history of this country: the "Wizard of Oz" was the Wizard of Ounces.

Everything worked out for Dorothy, i.e. the American people, in the end and she "made it home." Meaning: there is remedy in law (see remedy). It's there-it was just encoded and disguised and camouflaged. Fortunately, the code has been cracked, and there is a way home, just like in the movie. Like Dorothy said, "There's no place like home"-and there isn't! There's nothing like sovereignty for a sovereign! (see Note at vice-admiralty courts) We have commercial remedy in the Redemption Process. Will you continue to be conned by the confidence men and worship the Wizard's Light Show, or will you wise up like Dorothy did and "look behind the scenes"?

Thanks goes to Rex for this article.

Until next issue stay cool and remain low profile!

If you read this carefully you'll NEVER EVER watch this movie again without seeing and hearing the true message coming through - imagine writing this movie way back in the 1930s KNOWING what you were writing about and KNOWING the American people had NO idea the message you were portraying and would probably remain ignorant until it was completely carried out - some will still never "get it."

Wizard of Oz 4 = the Crown Temple

This is not a mere child's story written by L. Frank Baum. What symbol does "Oz" stand for? Ounces. What is measured in ounces? Gold. What is the yellow brick road? Bricks or ingot bars of gold.

The character known as the Straw Man represents that fictitious ALL CAPS legal fiction - a PERSON - the Federal U.S. Government created with the same spelling as your Christian birth name. Remember what the Straw Man wanted from the Wizard of Oz? A brain! No legal fiction has a brain because they have no breath of life! What did he get in place of a brain? A Certificate. A Birth Certificate for a new legal creation. He was proud of his new legal status, plus all the other legalisms he was granted. Now he becomes the true epitome of the brainless sack of straw who was given a Certificate in place of a brain of common sense.

What about the Tin Man? Does Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) mean anything to you? The poor TIN Man just stood there mindlessly doing his work until his body literally froze up and stopped functioning. He worked himself to death because he had no heart nor soul. He's the heartless and emotionless creature robotically carrying out his daily task as if he was already dead.

He's the ox pulling the plow and the mule toiling under the yoke. These days, his task masters just oil him nightly with beer and place him in front of a hypnotic television until his very existence no longer has any meaning or value. His masters keep him cold on the outside and heartless on the inside in order to control any emotions or heart he may get a hold of.

The pitiful Cowardly Lion was always too frightened to stand up for himself. Of course, he was a bully and a big mouth when it came to picking on those smaller than he was. Did you ever notice how bullies are really the biggest cowards? They act as if they have great courage, but they really have none at all.

All roar with no teeth of authority to back them up. When push came to shove, the Cowardly Lion always buckled under and whimpered when anyone of any size or stature challenged him. He wanted courage from the Grand Wizard, so he was awarded a medal of "official" recognition. Now, regardless of how much of a coward he still was, his official status made him a bully with officially recognized authority. He's just like the Attorneys who hide behind the Middle Courts of the Temple Bar.

What about the trip through the field of poppies? Notice how it never affected the Straw Man (no brain) or the TIN Man (no heart or soul)? They weren't real people, so drugs had no effect on them. The Wizard of Oz was written at the turn of the century, so how could the author have known America was going to be drugged? The Crown has been playing the drug cartel game for centuries. Just look up the history of Hong Kong and the Opium Wars. The Crown already had valuable experience conquering all of China with drugs, so why not the rest of the world?

Who finally exposed the Wizard for what he really was? Toto, the ugly (or cute, depending on your perspective) and somewhat annoying little dog. Toto means "in total, all together; Latin in toto." Notice how Toto was not scared of the Great Wizard's theatrics, yet he was so small in size compared to the Wizard, no-one seemed to notice him. The smoke, flames and hologram images were designed to frighten people into doing as the Great Wizard of Oz commanded.

Toto simply went over, looked behind the curtain - the court - (see the definition for curtain above), saw it was a scam, and started barking until others paid attention to him and came to see what all the barking was about. Who was behind the curtain? Just an ordinary person controlling the levers that created the illusions of the Great Wizard's power and authority. When Toto pulled back the curtain to completely expose him, the charade was over.

The veil hiding the corporate legal fiction and its false courts was removed. The Wizard's game was up. It's too bad that people don't realize how loud a bark from a little dog is. How about your bark? Do you just remain silent and wait to be given whatever food and recognition, if any, your legal master gives you?

Let's not forget those pesky flying monkeys. What a perfect mythical creature to symbolize the Bar Association Attorneys who attack and control all the little people for the Great Crown Wizard, the powerful and grand Bankers of Oz - Gold.

What is it going to take to expose the Wizard and tear down the court veil for what they really are? Each of us needs only a brain, a heart and soul, and courage. Then, and most importantly, we all need to learn how to work together. Only "in toto," working together as one Body of the King of Kings, can we ever be free or have the freedom given under God's Law.

When Dorothy refused to surrender Toto, Miss Gulch lashed out:

If you don't hand over the dog I'll bring a damage suit that'll take your whole farm.

Today 70% of all attorneys in the world reside in the west " America, to be exact " and 95% of all lawsuits in the world are filed under US jurisdiction. The Wicked Witch of the West and Miss Gulch, my dear friends, represent judges and attorneys: i.e. the American legal system (including the attorney-run US Congress), executioner and primary henchmen for transferring all wealth in America " everything " (And Australia and all other countries " Ed.) from the people over to the banks and the government (see Note at bar). The Wicked Witch of the West wanted the Silver Slippers " the precious metals " and her counterpart, Miss Gulch, wanted to take Toto. What does the word Toto mean in attorney language, i.e. Latin? Everything!

Dorothy and the gang fell for the Wizard's illusion in the beginning, but soon wised up and discovered the Wizard for what he was: a confidence man. When asked about helping the Scarecrow/Straw man, among other babblings about getting a brain" and universities" the Wizard also cited the land of ?E Pluribus Unum, which is Latin for One out of many i.e. converting the many into one = New World Order, or Novus Ordo Seclorum, a Latin phrase placed on the American One Dollar Bill shortly after bankruptcy. He also proudly revealed/confessed that he was: Born and brad in the heart of the Western wilderness, an old Kansas man myself!

The bankers did pretty well in Europe, but as the Wizard pointed out, they made a killing in the Western wilderness, with the theft of American gold, labor and property from the " quoting John D. Rockefeller " grateful and responsive rural folk who populated the country at the time.

When Dorothy asked Glenda, the Good Witch of the North (Santa Claus, Christianity), for help in getting back to Kansas, Glenda replied: You don?t need to be helped. You?ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.

Translation: you've always had the right and power to reclaim your sovereignty, you just forgot. The actual act of reclaiming your sovereignty " remedy (see remedy) " a simple UCC-1 Filing [using a private GL process],

America and Americans have intimate firsthand knowledge of the heartless mechanics of the laws of commerce, religiously applied by the unregistered foreign agents at the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS, collection agency for the private Federal Reserve Bank, was consulted under the UCC in 1954 and has been operating strictly in that realm ever since.

You may have wondered what is the meaning behind the words in the title The Wizard of Oz. Look them up in the dictionary. Like almost everything else, it?s right out there in the open for you to see if you will just look closely enough. One definition of wizard is: a person of high professional skill or knowledge. O-z is an abbreviation of onza, o-n-z-a, the Italian word for ounce,? or ounces, the unit of measurement of gold, silver and other precious metals. No matter how large the quantity of gold or silver being discussed, the amount is always expressed in ounces. E.g. rather than hundreds of tons of gold, it?s so many million ounces of gold. As attested by the factual history of this country: The Wizard of Oz. was The Wizard of Ounces.

Everything worked out for Dorothy, i.e. the American people, in the end and she made it home. Meaning: there is remedy in law (see remedy). It?s there " it was just encoded and disguised and camouflaged. Fortunately, the code has been cracked, and there is a way home, just like in the movie. Like Dorothy said, There?s no place like home. " and there isn?t! There?s nothing like sovereignty for a sovereign! (see note at vice-admiralty courts) We have commercial remedy in the Redemption process. Will you continue to be conned by the confidence men and worship the Wizard?s light show, or will you wise up like Dorothy did and look behind the scenes?
