The Arnica group formed in Kingston many years ago and was revived in February 2007.  Meeting other like-minded parents who actively promote natural health with their families has been a great support.  We meet regularly and discuss and learn about keeping the immune system healthy (nutrition, exercise, avoiding toxins, education, alternative remedies, holistic health, education, etc ) and what to do when our children are sick.... as well keeping ourselves informed about vaccine issues.
