[2010 Oct] Paul Kagame: “Our Kind of Guy” by Edward S. Herman and David Peterson For many years Kagame has been portrayed in the Western mainstream media as the savior of  Rwanda, having allegedly terminated the genocide committed against his own minority ethnic group, the Tutsi, by the Hutu majority (April - July 1994).[4]  He and his supporters have long justified the Rwanda Patriotic Front's military invasions of Zaire - the DRC as a simple pursuit of the Hutu genocidaires who had fled Rwanda during the war within, and Kagame's conquest of, the country.  This apologetic, long considered fraudulent by many marginalized dissidents, has finally come into question even within the establishment with the leak [5] and then wide circulation of a draft UN report prepared for the High Commissioner for Human Rights (i.e., "Report of the Mapping Exercise documenting the most serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed within the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo between March 1993 and June 2003," June, 2010).  Not only does this report catalogue the massive atrocities committed in the DRC over a ten-year period, it attributes the responsibility for the most serious of these atrocities to the RPF.  "There is no denying that ethnic massacres were committed and that the victims were mostly Hutus from Burundi, Rwanda, and Zaire," the draft report quotes the findings of a 1997 UN inquiry (para. 510).  Factoring-in the "scale of the crimes and the large number of victims" as well as the "systematic nature of the attacks listed against the Hutu…[p]articularly in North Kivu and South Kivu…suggests premeditation and a precise methodology" (para. 514).  The draft report's section on the "Crime of genocide" concludes: "The systematic and widespread attacks…which targeted very large numbers of Rwanda Hutu refugees and members of the Hutu civilian population, resulting in their death, reveal a number of damning elements that, if they were proven before a competent court, could be classified crimes of genocide" (para. 517).[6]  As Luc Cote, a former investigator and head of the legal office at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), observed: "For me it was amazing.  I saw a pattern in the Congo that I'd seen in Rwanda.  It was the same thing. There are dozens and dozens of incidents, where you have the same pattern.  It was systematically done."[7]

[2010] U.S./U.N. cover-up of Kagame’s genocide in Rwanda and Congo by Juan Carrero On Aug. 27, the French daily Le Monde leaked the news that a long report by U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Navanethem Pillay of South Africa calls the “systematic, methodical and pre-meditated crimes perpetrated against the Hutu” by the RPF (Rwandan Patriotic Front) in Zaire in 1996-1997 “crimes against humanity, war crimes, and even genocide crimes.” The report has not yet been officially released but is already circulating freely.
The victims were “mostly children, women, the elderly and the sick.” The investigation looks at the crimes perpetrated in Zaire/Congo throughout the decade 1993-2003. Rwanda is not the only country incriminated. But, according to Le Monde’s Jean-Philippe Rémy, the RPF’s systematic extermination of Rwandan Hutu refugees and other Congolese Hutu – either by violent force or by systematically blocking food supplies sent especially to them – could be considered “the crux of the report.” At any rate, it is clear this extensive report is “devastating, especially for Rwanda,” as Christophe Châtelot, in turn, points out in the excellent cover article

It is important to understand that biting, clawing, kidnapping, restraining, ritualistic sex torture and murder are behaviors which reptilians and reptilian controlled serial sex offenders mentally confuse with what we call SEX. To them all of these heinous crimes are part and parcel of sexual activity.....The readers must understand that this form of sadistic abuse is unfortunately a common feature in many serial sex offender cases. Untold numbers of women and young girls in Nanking were raped and mutilated in just this fashion in broad daylight, their defiled bodies left unburied for days. Some of the female corpses defiled in this manner were positioned into pornographic poses for camera toting Japanese soldiers. This form of female torture was often used as a prelude to execution in the Serbian Rape Camps. These types of "Violent Insertion" fantasies are had by serial sex offenders, some Reptilian-Human hybrids and by Crank and Crystal Methedrine users who are undergoing the Reptilian-Demonic hosting process. Former crank users have told me they would fantasize about tying up and restraining women in physically compromising positions and likewise torturing them with sharp objects.  UNDERSTANDING THE REPTILIAN MIND By James Bartley
