[NVIC Nov 2006] Secret Vaccine Agency Being Created Bob Kadlec and his former boss, Senator Burr, have lobbied for the creation of a new agency, BARDA, headed by an individual empowered to spend billions of taxpayer dollars developing experimental drugs and vaccines behind closed doors with no public oversight. Whenever the Secretary of Health gives the green light, these experimental drugs and vaccines can be forced on American citizens.
The millions of Americans who will become the U.S. government's human guinea pigs will have no legal recourse if they are injured. Kadlec and Burr made sure of that when they helped ram Bioshield Two (Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005) through Congress in the middle of the night without public knowledge.
BARDA is a bad idea, especially since the BARDA czar sitting in back rooms with drug company execs will have access to hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars but their activities will be exempt from FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests from the public to find out how that money is being spent. Nobody but the BARDA czar and his boss, the politically appointed Secretary of Health, will know just how toxic those experimental vaccines and drugs might be before they are forced on citizens in the name of protecting the public health and national security.

[Usual story, this time a Naturopath cabal, makes a change from the Allopath one.] Three and a half years ago, Dr von Peters was called before a federal hearing board in Atlanta, Georgia, to defend his livelihood. The consortium of naturopaths based at Bastyr, in Seattle and the Northwest College of Naturopathy in Portland, Oregon were trying their best to make it impossible for all naturopaths who didn't graduate from those two schools to have a license, and von Peters is the most prominent naturopath in Georgia and also represented a much higher standard of medical training, so that cabal of incompetents were trying to make an example of him, through government-assisted, public humiliation.
    He told Carol and I about his dilemma, and we asked people in the network to help get the Doc out of the trap that had been set for him. He was ordered to show up as the defendant in that federal hearing, in Atlanta the following week, so Josh Clark volunteered to thoroughly gift Bastyr College, Seattle and the Northwest College in Portland, Oregon while Carol, myself and a few other folks tossed energy at the six or seven ringleaders and lawyers of the offensive naturopathy cabal, and whom the Doc had identified for us.
    Carol made up an orgonite device especially for the Doc to take into the hearing room with him, which he received time. ......The entire cabal were put off balance enough with Josh's gifting, our blasting and the orgonite in the hearing room, that they made monkeys of themselves, in front of the Feds and the assembled crowd.   Doc, who gave lucid and inspiring testimony, came out of that hearing room smelling like a rose, and the backstabbing-naturopath cabal, (we refer to them as 'Bastyrds'), hasn't been able to touch him since then—that was in the fall of 2003. If those Bastyrds weren't predators, all the orgonite that Josh secreted around their campuses would have just made them happier, instead.
       More recently, the Georgia Medical Board tried to remove Dr von P's license, so we tossed energy at each of them, in turn, and the case was dropped. Last month the Montana Chiropractic Board made a move to cause trouble for Dr Stevo, and we gave them the same treatment—problem solved and case dismissed. We've rarely missed, so far, praise grid. It has been suggested that this not a real increase but is due to increased awareness and/or new classifications. If that is so then there must have been the same number of cases prior to the observed increase as there have been since. All efforts to identify these earlier cases in both the USA and the UK have failed. There are only two possible reasons for the absence of earlier cases. They could all have been spontaneously cured in the intermediate period (which would strongly suggest that they were not autism cases) or they could all have died. Both of these possibilities seem remotely unlikely. The conclusion has to be that the increase is real.
There are only two possibilities to account for this increase. The cause could be due to an inherent or "internal" patient factor or it could be an "external" factor. For all practical purposes the only inherent cause would be genetic, either congenital from a parent or a gene mutation in the child. Whichever may be the case it would necessitate the coincidental occurrence, in about the year 1990, of precisely the same genetic mutation in thousands of individuals in both the USA and the UK. As far as I am aware this has never happened in the billions of years of evolution so this would be a first of monumental proportions.

Medical students are further softened up by being maliciously fatigued. Doctors are given one reward for swallowing the fear pill so willingly and for sacrificing the healing instincts and human emotions that might help their practice: arrogance. [Oct 2006] NVIC response to: India: Highly Vaccinated Babies Get Polio It is painful to watch doctors and public health officials squirt unlimited amounts of live oral polio vaccine down the throats of babies in India rather than address the poor nutrition and sanitation that comes with poverty, the true cause of most disease. With a religious zeal not seen since the Crusades, these public health officials bearing live polio viruses capable of being causing vaccine strain polio and transmitting it to others through the open sewage pits of poor communities in India, apparently have no idea what they are doing.
Have the relentless polio vaccine campaigns in India and other poor countries put pressure on one or all of the three polio viruses contained in the live oral polio vaccine to mutute into vaccine resistant forms? [NVIC Oct 3, 2006] The "Cheaters" Vaccine: HPV Merck's marketing strategy for HPV vaccine includes enlisting patent-holding scientists and paid Merck consultants to hype it as a lifestyle vaccine that should be pumped into the bodies of every pre-adolescent girl in the country. Just in case she forgets to wait until she gets married to have sex; or the guy she marries has had sex; or, apparently, just in case the guy she marries has sex with someone else while he is married to her. Can this marketing strategy get any more annoying? And can these entrepreneuring vaccinologists twist themselves into a more convoluted pretzel with their junk science morality?
The truth is that most boys and girls and men and women who have had sex have been exposed to HPV and clear the virus naturally from their bodies and go on to lead perfectly normal, healthy lives. For the very tiny minority of women who, for unknown reasons, develop a persistent HPV infection, it can be identified through pap smears. Cervical cancer from HPV infection develops only after many years of unidentified, persistent HPV infection. Regular check- ups with pap smears are a much more cost-effective prevention than paying Merck and HPV vaccine patent holders $360 for 3 doses of HPV vaccine to inject into every American teenager (Merck and the CDC are making noises that they want all pre- adolescent boys to get it too).

[NVIC Oct 2006] Covering Up MMR/Autism Link It is understandable why a member of the Canadian Infectious Disease Society, who is an ardent promoter of forced vaccination with multiple vaccines, would want to do whatever he could to exonerate MMR vaccine from any association with autism. But does he really think his pathetic attempt to discredit the meticulous work of virologists and microbiologists in other laboratories will "simply put a quiet end to the debate" about MMR and autism? I don't think so.
How tiresome it is becoming to see yet another M.D./Ph.D. vaccinologist (or a group of them) issue a proclamation declaring that THEY have studied the reported link between vaccines and autism and found absolutely no association and, therefore, no more research should conducted and the debate should "end." Well, start with the prime factor of body identification. The society promotes the concept of "you are your body", which results in fear, especially fear of "death", which is tied in with the idea of physical pain. Until 1928, another universally useless method of treating disease was the use of alcohol for diphtheria. It was only in 1927, when a British hospital decided not to use alcohol, and found that the mortality rate became much lower, that doctors realized alcohol increased myocardial degeneration. Yet very few listened. In 1935, standard alcohol-infused treatment was still pretty appalling: "Every case of diphtheria is put on to a mixture of digitalis and squills . . . and also given calcium by mouth or intramuscularly . . . with the sudden onset of cardiac arrest camphor oil given intramuscularly . . . acts like a charm. In regard to toxaemia the solution is the administration of Pituitrin . . . brandy too is valuable both by mouth and intramuscularly. We have a lot of biological evidence about mercury toxicity, we have evidence that it can cause autistic-like behavior, we have evidence that shows the damage it can cause in the brain cells, we have evidence that shows that autistic children have trouble with mercury in particular--but they announced that no further research was necessary in this area, and funding would not be forthcoming. Archived internal BBC documents from the 1980's, obtained by The Sunday Telegraph under Freedom of Information legislation, reveal that the British spy service, MI5, was used to vet existing and potential staff at the public broadcaster. The paper reported that the documents revealed that "at one stage it [MI5] was responsible for vetting 6300 BBC posts - almost a third of the total workforce." The BBC adopted "categorical denial" as its "defensive strategy" to deflect questions about the practice by unions. A March 1, 1985 memo suggested the best approach was "keep head down and stonewall all questions."

Ms Branigan originally asked DoH for a number of pieces of information relating to the awarding of a contract to PowderJect Technologies PLC to supply a stock of smallpox vaccine. She then asked 17 Government Departments, including DoH, for information relating to contacts between their respective Ministers and representatives of PowderJect. Finally, she asked DoH for several pieces of information relating to the work of the sub- group of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, which had given advice on the choice of the particular smallpox vaccine strain. DoH declined to release most of the information sought by Ms Branigan and cited a number of code exemptions in justification. After a protracted investigation, beset by DoH delays, the Ombudsman recommended that almost all the information sought by Ms Branigan be released. Following a further exchange of correspondence, DoH agreed to the release of information which had already entered the public domain but either refused to address the remaining recommendations or refused to release the information recommended for disclosure. The Ombudsman criticised the manner in which DoH had handled Ms Branigan's information requests and for their failure to engage effectively with her own investigation.
.......In respect of the letter of 29 May 2002, DoH: have continued to refuse to confirm the identities of the second and third members of the JCVI sub-group even though the identity of the second member is already in the public domain ; have refused to release the names of the organisations to whom the other members of the sub-group belonged, and have apparently refused to release the information contained in the document headed 'Main Points', which summarises that meeting.

The FDA is supposed to be policing the pharmaceutical industry, not acting as its treasurer and public relations agency. Any individual in government or industry, who participates in the killing or crippling of children and adults in clinical trials of drugs and vaccines known to cause harm, should be held accountable in a court of law. Voluntary, informed consent to medical interventions which can injure and kill is a human right. How many of the parents, who allowed their babies to participate in a trial using an antibiotic which had already killed adults, had been fully informed about how deadly it was?

In a final attempt to silence him, they want to take away his medical license and his ability to care for vaccine injured children.
   The BBC in London said the General Medical Council is charging Dr. Wakefield with carrying out "inadequately founded" research, failing to obtain ethical committee approval before publishing, acquiring funding improperly and subjecting children to 'unnecessary and invasive investigations.'
     A leading London newspaper, The Daily Mail, protested Dr. Wakefield's treatment by the General Medical Council, saying "He had a duty to speak out and now he is being made to suffer for it. His treatment by the GMC is utterly unjust. If this preposterous body had existed 200 years ago, defending the prevailing wisdom against new ideas, doctors would still be treating illnesses by slitting their patients' veins."

Public health officials and medical doctors promoting forced use of use of hepatitis B, influenza, anthrax and smallpox vaccines in the military and civilian life have a vested interest in denying an association between vaccination and serious chronic diseases, such as MS. Those determined to deny an association between vaccine induced inflammatory conditions in the body usually like to use retrospective, case controlled "studies" that look at old medical records. Using pencils and calculators to dismiss causal associations between vaccines and chronic diseases is easier than having to look at real live patients or study what happens to their blood, urine, eyes, brain, colons, etc. after vaccination. The pathetic attempts by the pencil pushers to write off onset of brain and immune system dysfunction after vaccination in previously healthy people as just a "coincidence" will not wash. The people, whose lives have been ruined by doctors too proud to admit the harm being done, will not let them get away with it.

[June 22, 2006] Myocarditis death in soldier may have been caused by vaccines--DOD press release
Meryl Nass, MD: Please note that CDC found a much higher rate of myocarditis in smallpox vaccine recipients than did DOD: 1 in 1,725, according to Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report put out by CDC. In a vaccine trial of smallpox vaccines conducted by Acambis the rate of myocarditis was 1 in 973. A 1978 study in Finnish military recruits found a much higher rate using looser criteria (1 in 29).
If DOD had cases occurring at the same rate, they should have had 580 cases in 1 million vaccine recipients, not 120. However, DOD likely had even more cases of myocarditis than 580, since it is believed that people who have never before received the vaccine are at higher risk of complications than those previously vaccinated. Nearly all those who were vaccinated through CDC had been vaccinated in childhood. Relatively few military servicemembers have been previously vaccinated.
Claiming that no previous smallpox recipients died with myocarditis is also blatantly untrue. Twenty-two year old Rachel Lacy died in early 2003, one month after receiving five vaccines in one day (including smallpox and anthrax) and her autopsy demonstrated myocarditis. Two panels asked to evaluate her death for DOD agreed her death was probably vaccine-related. I wrote something about earlier inaccurate DOD statements about smallpox vaccine-related myocarditis and death in 2003:

Every day that government health officials lie to the people about vaccine risks is one more day that the public loses a little more trust in what they are told by government. .....MMR vaccine is known to induce brain inflammation and death within 8 to 14 days after vaccination......They and parents like them are standing up and coming forward to witness what has happened to their babies at the hands of pediatricians who told them that vaccines, including the MMR vaccine, are absolutely safe. The vaccine deaths of these babies might have been prevented if George and Anna's parents had been given full and accurate information about MMR vaccine risk factors and pediatricians had erred on the side of caution rather than vaccinate at all costs. The rabid zeal to vaccinate, encouraged by government health officials, puts many vulnerable children at risk and the result is the brain damaging and killing of children like George and Anna.

I asked how he got involved. He told me his daughter got the MMR, came down immediately with a 103-degree fever and regressed forthwith into autism.
      "It's like someone took out her good brain and replaced it with a bad brain," he said. It was that immediate.
      I had another conversation with the mother of fraternal twins who told me this story: Both sons were scheduled to get two shots -- the MMR and another vaccination -- on the same day at the same office visit.
      But -- oops -- the healthcare worker gave the first child two MMR shots, not the MMR and the second vaccine. That child soon developed autism; the second one didn't.
      And I spoke recently with a Texas man whose son got the MMR in 1993; the injection site swelled up to the size of his father's fist; he had seizures at the dinner table that night, and within days was spinning, flapping, chewing wood and not talking ever again.
      You get the picture. "Anecdotal evidence." But you have to wonder how many of these stories -- one is tempted to say, bodies -- must pile up before the medical authorities go back and take a fresh look at the issue.
      This blithe disregard for case histories -- for what parents, the supposed bedrock of our "family-friendly" society, say -- is one of the most appalling features of the current climate surrounding autism research. In fact, Sen. History shows that the incidence of severe reactions to measles was dropping significantly before the MMR was mandated. Once hygienic measures were understood and practiced and after it was learned that Vitamin A given to children would in the great majority ensure a light case, the illness ensures a life-long immunity to the measles virus.
