[EW May 22, 2006] the work we do on (Etheric) 'wheels' --jackson the pirating of the earth grid system by the low-lifes was done with technology that constricted, reconfigured and redirected the natural flow. through the third eyes of psychics it has been noted that large, flat stone tableau with inscriptions were placed over vortexes and it was further seen that there are original large pillars or large crystals underneath these giant stone tablets. further, the crystals have been banded in such a way as to have a net consequence of reversing the spin of the natural vortexes to an unnatural counterclockwise motion.

In the summer of 2003 these observations led to the discovery of
what I have come to call vortices, though this is a specialized use of the
general term, and different people use that term for different phenomena. What I
have since come to view as the typical vortex of this type occurs on the earth's
surface, often at a place of high altitude relative to the surrounding area,
where qi from below ground comes up and concentrates. This qi contacts the
surface at a few points, and if TBs or HHGs are placed at those points, positive
qi comes up through the surface and swirls upward in the the shape of an
inverted cone. The first example of such was at Steptoe Butte, and I published
the events connected with the "opening" of that vortex on the cloudbuster forum.
Several other vortices were opened that summer and fall, including Moscow
Mountain, but it wasn't until the next summer (2004) that I began instill some
order into the process and began to get a better idea of its significance.

Portals are hyper-dimensional. They’re specific locations, usually in natural vortices, through which the reptilians can pass from their deep, underground hives to the surface. There is a force that prohibits them from interacting with us in 3D when we’re in a fully awake state, but apparently this force is gradually becoming inactive, since we’re able to see their craft more and more and many people are seeing them peripherally. I had a hunch, though, that droughts may be largely the result of parasitic entities siphoning energy from vortices like the one in Priest Lake. I later learned that the older cloudbusters made in the style Dr. Reich designed (DeMeo used that kind) were no longer effective at stopping droughts for some reason.
